『食べログ うなぎ 百名店 2022』に選出された「神泉いちのや」さんに伺った。
2018、2019、2022年と3回すべてで百名店に選出されている。
平日の12:30頃に店に到着。
予約していたためすぐに席に案内された。
「うな重」を注文。
鰻重の種類による違いは量のみ。
予約時に注文していたため5分ほど待つと提供された。
蒸しが強く、ふわふわでとろとろ。
脂もよく乗っていて、旨味を感じられる。
焼きは弱めだが所々パリッとしている。
小骨が少し気になる。
タレは少し甘めで量はちょうど良い。
ご飯はちょうど良い硬さで、量は少なめ。
肝吸いはしっかりとした味で美味しい。
漬け物は普通。
お酒を飲んでいる方が多かった。
