うな重 肝吸いつき 5500円
ふわふわとした甘くとろけるうなぎ。関東風の味付けで表面はパリッとしているのではなく焼き目は控えめ。身には水分が少し多めでとろっとした食感。ご飯が少なめなのでどんどん箸が進む。
タレが甘く炭火の香りもほどよくする。上品で丁寧でまろやかな味わいのうなぎでした。
そんな癖のある味ではないので人を選ばなくていいと思います。ただし関東風が好きな人向けです。
場所がら若い女性も多く、新しい建物の綺麗な店内でアクセスも良いのでおすすめです。
大きな店なので店員さんとのコミュニケーションが少なめなのはすこし残念。他の老舗鰻屋さんのアットホームな感じはありませんでした。
