鰻好きの方のご紹介で訪問。神泉駅は初めて降りた。予約したうなぎコース。すごく楽しみ。にこごりはふわふわ。うなぎのうまさと柔らかさを堪能する。幸先が良いスタート。続いてうまき、うざくと定番のメニューだが、クオリティが圧倒的。骨せんべえで箸休め。うなぎの湯引きは骨きりしたもので、こりこりした歯ごたえでびっくり。白焼きは口に入れるとほぐれ、とろける。リッチな味わい。塩とわさびがとてもよい。ハイライトはやはりうな重！たれが濃すぎず、ダイレクトにうなぎのうまさを味わっている感じ。触感がただ柔らかいだけでなく、お魚のほぐれる感じがするのは皮が極めて柔らかいからだろうか。
とてもよかった。また食べたい。
