川越に本店を持つ老舗うなぎ屋さんです。
土曜お昼、お一人様予約でお伺いしました。
白焼なしの生で蒸し、秘伝ダレで焼き上げる独自の製法で提供されています。
重厚な土蔵風の外観に藍染の暖簾が揺れています。
広々とした店内で、お隣様との間隔が離れており、ゆったりして居心地が良いです。
うな重をいただきました。
無地のお重に落ち着きと風格を感じます。
脂ののったうなぎに伝統のタレが相性良く、旨みを充分堪能出来ます。
