本日のウ活は神泉いちのやさん。
創業1832年の7代目。
池尻で昼前に時間が出来たので、
ランチに伺いました。電話でうな重の予約をして来店。
このお店は注文を受けてからうなぎを捌くため(うなぎやなら割と多いスタイル)、電話で注文と時間を伝えておくとスムーズとレビューにあったので、事前に予約致しました。
11:30に入店し、提供は12:30だったため、やはり1時間くらいは覚悟しないとですね〜。
1人の来店でしたので時間が長く感じましたが、
2人以上なら骨せんべいや煮凝りなど、
美味しそうな逸品メニューも多かったので、
1時間くらいなら気にならなさそうですね。
楽しみなうな重。
前情報では、生のまま蒸してからタレをつけて焼くらしく、皮目は確かに焦げ目少なめに感じました！
白焼きしないとこの感じなんですね。
タレはあっさりめに感じましたが、
うなぎの旨みでタレご飯すすみました！
味噌汁を追加料金で肝赤だしに変えたのですが、
肝入ってなかったような、、、笑
それだけ残念でしたがw
満足！！美味しかったです〜ごちそうさまでした！
