お店は、渋谷警察署近くにあります。
入口は立派な和風の造りになっていますが、実際の入口は階段を下りた地下１階になります。
人気店ゆえに待合スペースが広く取られていますね。
店内も民芸風の和風な造りになっていますね。
２人用のテーブルから大人数でも利用できる座敷まであり、座席数は多いです。
和風の雰囲気と美味しさが外国人観光客に人気のようでお客さんに外国人が目立ちます。
ランチメニューは、平日と土日祝で異なり、メニューにも大きく記載されています。
安いものでも、てごねメンチカツ定食・１３０ｇ（１，８００円）、特製鶏むねかつ定食・１３０ｇ（１，８００円）となかなかの価格設定です。
主力メニューのとんかつ系を頼めば、２，０００円台となります。
単価は高いものの、ご飯、漬物２種、サラダが食べ放題となります。
いただいたのは、
■ロース＆かきフライ（２，７００円）
先に提供されるのは、おかわり自由のサラダと漬物です。
サラダは基本的にキャベツの千切りですが、レタス、かいわれダイコン、人参なども入ります。
機械でスライスしたと思われるフワフワなキャベツの千切りです。
ドレッシングは、柚子は酸味も醤油もマイルドで、香りが強い、上品なもの。
ゴマはバランスがいい仕上がり、濃厚というよりも軽いので、たっぷり食べられます。
漬物は、２種類あります。大根は甘酢漬けです。もやしは、ナムルのような仕上がりですが酸味があるのと細切りの生姜が入っていて、香りと刺激があります。
お肉は１００ｇとのことですが、厚みがあるので見た目上はさほど大きくないですね。
逆にカキフライは２粒をまとめて１個にしており、一般的なものより大きい印象です。
どちらも油切れがよく、衣がサクッとしていますが、パサつきはない、絶妙な揚げ加減です。
ロースカツは、柔らかく食べやすい印象です。とんかつでこの柔らかさは素晴らしいでしょう。
脂身は少しだけ付いていて、胃もたれするような重さは無く、適度にジューシーに脂の旨みが味わえるボリュームです。
臭みは無く、柔らかさと共に肉質の良さが感じられますね。
ソースは２種類あり、自然派とんかつソースは中濃ソースでバランス型という感じです。酸味やスパイシーさは弱く、適度に甘く美味しいですね。
超辛口ソースは、塩気が強いの意味ではなく、本当に辛いです。辛さに特化したスパイシーという感じです。
自然派とんかつソースが美味しいですが、好みで超辛口もありでしょう。
カキフライは、タルタルソースが付きますが、玉子は少なめ、酸味はマイルドで食べやすいものです。
ジューシーに仕上がっていて、実に美味しいですね。
自然派とんかつソースのバランスがいいので、魚介に積極的に使うのもありだと思います。
ご飯は白飯と青じそご飯から選べます。
青じそにしてみました。生ではないと思いますが、色合いが緑色で美しく、また、適度な清涼感があります。いいですね、おすすめです。
味噌汁は赤だしで、なめこ、豆腐、三つ葉が入ります。塩分控えめ、出汁はしっかりで美味しいですが、これのおかわりは有料です。
■ひれ＆かきフライ（２，８００円）
基本の構成は、ロース＆かきフライ（２，７００円）と同じで、メインのお肉がヒレ肉になったものです。
ヒレ肉なので、ロース以上に厚みがあります。
中心部はほんのりとピンク色で、肉汁たっぷりの仕上がりですね。
ロースのほうがとんかつらしさがありますが、ヒレのほうが、高いレベルの肉質と調理を楽しめますね。
１人あたりの単価は高いですが、美味しさ、お店の雰囲気、好立地である点を勘案すれば、この価格も適正だと思います。
渋谷界隈でとんかつを食べたいなら、おすすめのお店です。
特に外国人を連れてきたら喜ぶこと間違いなしのお店ですね。
