食べログとんかつ百名店という事で訪問。
渋谷にこんな店あるとは知らなかった。
しかも食べログで予約も出来る。
有効期限切れそうな貯まったポイントも使えた。
これには助かった！
平日12:45に予約。
店内かなり広いが待ち客も。
渋谷に急に和な建物（地下）が登場した感じ。
ここだけ、渋谷感が全くなし。
1人なのでカウンターに。とても広い。
揚げている様子も見える。
どうしてもロースとヒレ両方たべたい。
なのでロースカツ定食と一口ヒレカツを注文。
ランチもあったが、その組み合わせは無いので。
先に、キャベツの千切り多めのサラダ出てくる。
ちょっとした小鉢も。
恐らく、揚げるのに時間かかるからだろう。
サラダにはノンオイルゆず醤油が美味しい。
しばらく待っていると、とんかつ登場！
低温揚げなので肉は赤め。
ロースカツは割と食感（弾力）ある感じ。
お上品と言うより思ったより食べ応えある。
ヒレは予想通りソフトな食感。
基本ソースだが、共に塩でも食べてみたが合う。
ちなみにソースは2種類。
個人的には肉に少し甘みがあると良かったなと。
あと人によって肉の赤いのは苦手がありそう。
でも全体的に美味しゅうございました。
