仕事の関係で・・・渋谷で研修が有り
ランチで向かったのは・・・研修会場近くの此方のお店
お店は渋谷の桜坂通りの中程・・・路地を入った所
１１時少し過ぎにお店に着き・・・店内へ入ると
券売機が・・・業者が修理中！？で使えないようで
ホールの女性スタッフから・・・現金支払いの案内を受け
中華そばをお願いして・・・その場で支払いを済ませ
入口近くのカウンター席に座る・・・店内はカウンター席のみ
先客は3人・・・お店は店主らしき男性と先程女性で切り盛り
１クール待って・・・カウンター越しから登場！
真っ白などんぶりに・・・焦げ茶色のスープ
豚バラチャーシューに穂先メンマ・・・味玉に白髪ねぎと海苔
塩分濃度計を持って来てないので・・・計測不能（笑）
スープを啜ると・・・鰹節粉！？のような香りが立つ魚粉系の醤油味
やや濃厚な感じの味わいで・・・悪く無いデスね～
麺は中太のストレート・・・多加水の麺で小麦の味わいも良いデス！
食べてる間に・・・後客が続きアッと言う間に満席状態
柔らかく煮込んだ・・・豚バラチャーシューも豚肉の味わいも感じる
穂先メンマ・・・やや独特のクセの有る味わいはご愛敬かな～（笑々）
結構味が浸み込んだ味玉・・・上質な海苔と白髪ねぎは良い脇役
研修の休憩時間も少ないので・・・サクッと食べたお店を後にした
今日の渋谷での・・・ランチらーめんに成りました
