ホテルラウンジとしては信じられないくらい美味しいデザート。混んでいるのも頷けます。

セルリアンタワー東急ホテルロビー階のラウンジです。
「ガーデンキッチンかるめら」とキャッシャーが一緒な感じ。
大きな円柱の柱から回り込むように庭に面した扇形のラウンジです。
しつらえは流石に上質。
１８年１１月２３日夜の来訪。
地下で行われるパーティーの受付時刻までまだ時間があったので、お茶をすることに。
すぐには入れませんでしたが、待合のようなラウンジに同期もいたので、空き次第一緒に入る。
オリジナルケーキセット １７８２円
ケーキを見せてもらい選択。シュークリームを選びました。
しかし、選んでから運ばれて来るまでにすごく時間がかかった。なにかひと作業しているのだろうと思っていたが、皿
に乗って出てきただけで、逆にびっくりした（笑）
パリッと焼き上げられたシュー生地には砕いたナッツ。それにふりかけた粉砂糖。
間のクリームは硬めのカスタードと生クリームと。これが本当にたっぷり。
いや、美味しいじゃないですか！！！
アイスカフェラテ （１３４２円）
底の方にミルク、上はアイスコーヒーな感じ。きちんと美味しい。
