Lunchtime on a weekday. I ran around Shibuya for some personal business, and when I looked at my watch, it was 12:20. I don't want to miss lunch. But I don't want to go to a crowded restaurant. I've known about this place for a long time on Spain Hill, but this is my first time. I ordered at the counter and paid in advance. I appreciate that it's 860 yen with a drink. I got my coffee, got some Tabasco, a fork and a spoon from the shelf, and waited. About 50% of the seats were taken. The restaurant has a sense of history. The atmosphere is not bad. They make it in the kitchen in the back, so I feel a little relieved. It came in 5-6 minutes! Good, I can eat it in 30 minutes and go back to work. The portion is a little lighter. I wish there were a few more vegetables. The taste is good, but it's lukewarm (⌒-⌒; ) It's lunchtime, and I understand that they boil the pasta in bulk. If that's the case, I think it would be better to fry it more to make the pasta firmer and more flavorful and delicious. What a shame! The price is reasonable, and I think it's great when you want to eat something quickly, but please just change the temperature! Thank you for the meal.
