ここ数年でついに神座のうまさがわかる歳になってしまった。むかし関西の親戚に連れられて行った時は、若かったしなんだかファミレスっぽいし、鍋の〆みたいだし、正直良さがわからなかった。けど…今ならわかる。そう、スープがうまい。とっても優しい。白菜の甘さもマッチしてとにかく好きな味。破壊力やパンチはないがそのぶん胃への負担も少なそうで、夜に食べても罪悪感は少しだけ。で、気づいた。上にのってるチャーシューがいらない。なんなら麺もいらない。白菜と豚肉入りのスープだけ楽しみたい。。。そしたらなんと！店舗によっては雑炊があるとな？！
渋谷でも雑炊がでたらなー。ご馳走さまでした。
