Hishuya exists to spread Miyazaki to the world!
Experience Miyazaki at Hishuya in Shibuya Maruyamacho, a town for adults. We have a wide selection of Miyazaki Local Cuisine, as well as Miyazaki ingredients, shochu, and Miyazaki craft beer, Taiyo no |
We just happened to pop into this Miyazaki restaurant, which has a menu that combines Miyazaki Local Cuisine with a Shinsen twist. We ordered HOT Chicken Nanban, half a Gyorokke, a Bomb Onigiri, and a Miyazaki Hyuga Natsu drink. For the HOT Chicken Nanban, the meat itself is seasoned with chili peppers, and the combination of tartar sauce and spicy chicken makes for a delicious Nanban. The Gyorokke is deep-fried fish cake, with a firm texture and spiciness. The Bomb Onigiri is about the size of a fist, neatly wrapped in nori seaweed, with yukari and shiso leaves inside, and a refreshing Miyazaki Hyuga Natsu drink. Ah, it was delicious! A moment of bliss. Thank you! We clasped our hands together and said, "Thank you for the meal," with an Ebisu-shime (a Japanese sweet with a hint of umami).
