The opening day |
2006.6.15 |
It's about a 10-minute walk from Shibuya Station, and is located on Hachiman-dori, heading towards 246 from Namikibashi. Nagi's Tonkotsu Ramen Shop was founded in 2006 and reopened in March 2020. It had been in my mind every time I drove past it, so I wanted to go. I pressed the ticket machine outside the shop. They have a rich tonkotsu Ramen with special, char siu noodles, seasoned egg Ramen, and green onion Ramen, and there are also Akao, Kuroo, and Ramen, which have different soups. When you hand over your ticket, let them know your preferences. Since it was my first visit, I ordered the firmness of the noodles, the richness, the richness, and the normal amount of garlic. The special ramen comes with plenty of char siu, seasoned egg, wood ear mushrooms, green onions, and three pieces of seaweed, and yet it's a bargain at less than 1,000 yen. I also pressed the pepper bean sprouts, Tonko's specialty. It has a peppery punch that goes well with beer, so it's good to start with as a snack, and then gradually add it to the soup as you go. A sip of the soup It's creamy but easy to drink, yet still has a taste that lets you fully enjoy the pork bone flavor. I'm also interested in the red ramen based on chili oil and the black ramen based on chili oil. Thin noodles are best with pork bone. The special ramen has a lot of ingredients, so I ate it heartily, and halfway through, I added the spiciness of the secret hit, and I also added sesame seeds and spicy takana from the table and finished it all in one go. The rich pork bone soup is smooth at first, but then the taste of the back fat is added, and it's delicious with a sweet taste. It was a bowl that made me want to order another bowl. Thank you for the meal.
