神泉にあるホルモンが人気の焼肉屋さん。
店名は店主の三百田さんが由来らしい。珍しい苗字。
ホルモン盛り合わはお得に人気のホルモンが楽しめるが、4種は1つ、6種は2つ好きな部位が選べる。
赤身系のホルモン(ハラミやタン)は含まれていないがどれも美味しかった。
クオリティを考えるとリーズナブルに感じた！

-ホルモン- ⭐︎ 見た目以上に脂しっかり。甘くて美味い。
-上ミノ- ⭐︎ 味もしっかりしていて美味い。固くて淡白なところも良いから好き。
-ナンコツ- ⭐︎ コリコリ感と肉のジューシーさもどちらも楽しめて美味しい。
-レバー- 臭みが少なく食べやすい。
◼︎厚切りハラミ ⭐︎
4面を焼いたらお皿に上げて砂時計で3分かけゆっくり火を入れる。
お肉の旨味が強くて脂ノリ良くジューシーで最高。美味い。
すごく瑞々しい。
◼︎サガリ刺
赤身の旨味と脂の甘味どちらも楽しめる。
◼︎昆布正油ミノ
噛むと昆布正油が染みでて美味い。
◼︎ハツ ⭐︎
普通のハツとは全然違う。
脂だけ焼けばあとは刺身でもいけるくらいらしく軽く火を入れるだけでOK
滑らかな舌触りで臭みもなく、肉刺のような雰囲気もある。
ハツの良さもありつつ新しい食べ物に昇華されていた。
◼︎冷麺
白(盛岡式)と黒(韓国式そば粉入り)から選べる。
個人的には韓国式が好きなので、黒をチョイス。
弾力が盛岡に比べてほどよくなり、香りが変わる。角が立った食感も良い。
きのこの風味？が強い独特な出汁。お酢を入れると美味い。
