We have opened the private floor "F3 (Floor 3)". Sanhyakuya "F3 (Floor 3)" can be used as a completely reserved private floor limited to one group per day. 滅多に足を踏み入れない奥渋。渋谷から歩いても10分くらいなのに神泉まで井の頭線乗ってしまいました。妙齢女子二人と三百屋さん初訪問。今日はもちろん臓物系中心に攻めさせていただきました。
まずは一番搾り生で乾杯。その後はレモンサワー、グレープフルーツサワーをいただく。同行者もサワー中心で一人三杯くらい飲みました。
まずキャベツ千切りが山盛りでくる。箸休め、キャベジンがわりにgood。

焼き台は七輪に網となってます。
牛も豚も鮮度抜群でおいしいホルモンの数々。お洒落な裏渋だけあって煙モーモーでなく匂いは全くつかなかったです。
ホルモンおまかせ盛りは塩、タレ三種づつにしてくれました。その中でハチノスがあまりに美味しかったので単品でも追加。ハラミも美味しかった。厚切りにすれば良かったと後悔。メニュー表になく壁に貼ってあったメニューの昆布締めミノは個人的には普通に美味しいレベル。同行者たちもノーリアクション。シビレも他のホルモン専門店のものと一線を画し上品なカット。サイドメニューのキムチや煮込みもハイレベルでした。
森山直太朗さんが行きつけのようです。何を食べても美味しく、コスパも良し。渋谷でホルモン系ならオススメできる一軒です。
