そんな時に急にお誘いが!
何と神泉の三百屋が金土に限り3時まで営業しているらしい。
まずは生ビールで乾杯!
センマイ刺し。
大好物、安定の美味しさ
豚足。
普段はあまり頼まないけど。ここの豚足はしっかり処理されていて食べやすくて旨い
サガリ刺し。
赤肉の旨みが強く、クセがなくとても美味しい
そして焼物へ
タン。ミノの昆布醤油。シビレ。テール。ギャラ。
全部美味しい!
その中でも三百屋で特にオススメなのが、テール!
他のお店ではあまり見かけない
骨まわりのお肉が一番旨いとは良く言うたもんだ!
肉の旨みと脂が溢れて来る。
せっかくなので最後の〆にユッケジャンスープとライスを!
