渋谷センター街から宇田川交番へ向かい、すぐ目の前のビルの3階にある彩渋谷さんで夕食でした。
ここは梅酒のバリエーションがかなり豊富で、店内も壁一面が様々なジャンルの梅酒ボトルで埋め尽くされています。
料理のバリエーションも結構豊富で、串物から天ぷら、海鮮、丼物と幅広く色々なジャンルが楽しめます。
あまりお酒が強くない自分的には、梅酒のソーダ割りは飲みやすい部類。
乾杯はスタンダードな奥武蔵梅酒をソーダ割りで。
そこまで甘さも強くなく、スッと飲みやすい味わいの梅酒。
サラダはアボトマサラダ。
アボカドとトマト、葉物野菜のシャキシャキの食感に、アンチョビマヨドレッシングのパンチが効いた1皿。
プリップリの海老マヨは、海老の大きさがインパクトあり！
メニュー名通り食感はプリップリ、マヨの味付けって何でこんなに海老にマッチするんでしょう！
白米をガッツリと食べたい衝動に…
梅酒はちえびじんのソーダ割りでおかわり。
南高梅とブランデーをブレンドし、そこに水出しをした杵築の紅茶「べにふうき」を仕込んだ紅茶梅酒。
ほのかに飲み口の後鼻に広がる紅茶の風味が優しい味わいの梅酒です。
ロックで飲んでも美味しいかも！
刺し身の盛り合わせは、鰹、地蛸、鯛、しめ鯖、サーモン。
刺身のサイズ感が大きく、脂も乗っていて美味。
新鮮なお魚ってやっぱり良いですね！
スウィートコーンの天ぷらは、仕事ぶりがしっかり伺える1品。
コーンを薄切りにしたものを2枚重ねて揚げてあるので、口に含んだ時の食感とコーンの瑞々しい食感が口いっぱいに広がる味わいが堪りません。
藻塩をパラっと振りかけるとコーンの甘さが際立ちます！
〆ご飯でいただいたのは、黄身のせ焼鳥丼。
柔らかな焼鳥はジューシーで、濃いめのタレと濃厚な黄身とのバランスが抜群。
満腹度合いは高かったはずなのについつい箸が進んでしまった〆ご飯でした！
渋谷から近いロケーションは使い勝手良く、珍しい梅酒のバリエーションもかなり多いので梅酒好きには堪らないでしょう！
ブランデーと梅酒のブレンドとか始めて飲んだし。
