居心地いい居酒屋さんで、
一緒にいて居心地いい友人たちと、
さくっと夜ご飯 @ 梅酒 居酒屋 彩（SAI)
渋谷はいろんな路線が乗り入れていて、
人の出入りが多いという場所柄、
安定した美味しさのお店が多いように思います。
" 梅酒 居酒屋 彩 "も、しかり。
気取らず、美味しいものをコスパに頂けるのが
仕事帰りの一番の幸せ。
定番の梅酒から珍しいものまで、
種類が本当に豊富で驚きます。
目星をつけたものを後ほど ゆっくり頂くとして、
最初の乾杯は、すっきり後味の白州ハイボール。
お通しは、
ツナとコーン、おくらのマヨネーズ和え。
ツナとコーンのマヨ和えはよくありますが、
調度よい茹で加減の、旬の食材のオクラも入って
ひと工夫あり♪
" 茄子とししとうの煮浸し "
美味しいお出汁が浸みていて、
生姜を少しのせて頂くのが美味。
" アボカド トマト サラダ アンチョビソース "
アボカド隠れちゃってますが、
中のほうにゴロゴロ入っています。
アンショビソースが美味しくって
クリーミーなアボカドや、野菜との相性よく、
もりもり進みます。
" 鮮魚のお造りの盛り合せ "
この日は、
カツオ、しめ鯖、地ダコ、サーモン、真鯛でした。
厚切りのお刺身は
新鮮そのもので、
たっぷりの薬味と一緒にあっという間の完食。
アルコール度数が低いイメージの梅酒ですが、
中でも高めの12°をメニューの中から見つけ、
" ジャスミン梅酒 "を選びました。
ジャスミン茶の優雅な香りと
ライチのアクセントがきいた爽やかな一杯。
" スイートコーンの天ぷら "
藻塩でいただくと、より甘みが感じられ、
さくさくに揚ったコーンは、美味しかったです。
" 海老マヨちゃん "
メニューも " ちゃん " 付けしていて妙に和みます。
海老はプリプリ、大きめなので
ひと口でいく場合は、
マヨソースが口の周りにつく可能性ありますが、
お構いなしに、美味しく頂きました。
梅酒の２杯目は、七福神シリーズより
12°の " 大黒 福梅 "を。
ブランデーベースに黒糖が仕込まれた
濃厚で深い旨みのある梅酒。
かなり好み！
ちなみに梅酒は、ロックでもいけますが、
この日は暑かったので、全てソーダ割で頂きました。
" 梅水晶 "は大好きなので、
やっぱり頼んでしまいました。
きゅうりの千切りがたっぷり付いてきて、
すっぱいサラダ感覚で頂けます。
〆の炭水化物は
" 黄身のせ焼き鳥丼 "。
既にお腹がいっぱいだったので、
一口だけ頂き、あとは友達に平らげてもらいました。
焼き鳥を頼まなかったのが悔やまれる
美味しくジューシーな焼き鳥は、
味付けのタレもパーフェクト。
黄身がマイルドに絡まり、
一口ご飯との相性抜群。
私たちは、入り口近くの個室にご案内いただきましたが、
梅酒のボトルが並ぶ圧巻のメインフロアも
かなり居心地良さそうでした。
長居する人が多いからこその
翌朝近くまでの営業なのでしょうね☆
翌日は仕事のため22時過ぎにはお店を出ましたが、
遅い時間からもお客さんが入ってきて、かなり賑わっていました。
次回は焼き鳥を頂きに伺いたいです。
