コチラは焼き鳥に創作和食と梅酒のマリアージュが楽しめるお店デス
お店に入ると壁一面並んだ梅酒！！！中々の光景～。
何でも梅酒だけでも100種類以上はあるみたい。
今まで梅酒はぼんやりと飲んでいただけに梅酒の種類の多さやこだわりに感動デス。
まずは生ビールで乾杯
・生ビール
ビールはサントリーのププレミアムモルツ
お通しはワカメとタコの酢の物
・味玉ポテトサラダ
大きな味付きの卵がど～んと。
隠れちゃっているけどその下にポテトサラダが～。
大きな厚切りベーコンなど入っていて食べ応えがある。
・お造りの盛り合わせ 2人前
マグロ・マダイ・カンパチ・カツオ・サーモンの5種類
豊洲直送なので鮮度はバッチリ！！！
マグロは脂も乗って身も厚く食べ応えがありました。
大好きなサーモンは生臭さも一切なくトロっとした食感でかなりいける～。
梅酒にチェンジ～。
なんせ100種類以上もある梅酒なので何を飲んでいいのかわからず
最初の1杯だけお刺身に合う日本酒を選んで貰いました。
・天空の月
おススメな飲み方ロックで～。
スッキリドライテイストで後味がお刺身に合うのかな。
焼き鳥をオーダー
・豚バラと軟骨つくね
とってもジューシーで焼き加減もバッチリ
・海老マヨちゃん
大きな海老に濃厚なマヨネーズが和えられていて美味しい～。
調理場から揚げている音が聞こえていたので手作りっぽい。
梅酒のお替り～。
・鶴梅完熟にごり
梅と桃の果肉でブレンド
フルーティーで飲みやすい～。飲み方は炭酸で割って貰いました。
お供には秋の味覚
・銀杏
銀杏のほんのり苦味と甘口な梅酒のマリアージュがグッド
・舞茸の天婦羅
揚げたてサクサク～。
レモンを絞り藻塩をつけてシンプルに素材を味わいます！！！
〆はお茶漬けや和風焼きうどんがあったけど
・黄身のせヤキトリ丼
その日によって焼き鳥の部位が変わるそうで
この日はモモやムネにハツなど入ってかなりのボリューム満点丼ブリ～。
軽く2人前はありそう。
甘めのタレに良く絡んだ焼き鳥が美味しい。
千切りされた大葉もアクセント！！！
かなりお腹が一杯になり大満足～。
スタッフさんもフレンドリーだし
梅酒も焼酎ベースな梅酒からスパイシーな梅酒までほんとーーーーーに奥が深い。
100種類以上はあるけど
飲み放題をしているので常に商品は入れ替わって新しいから梅酒の鮮度は良いみたいです～。
渋谷で梅酒と秋の味覚を堪能した夜でした。
