渋谷のセンター街を入ったところにある、梅酒居酒屋彩。
こちらは、店名のとおり、200種類ほどもある梅酒がいただけるおしゃれ居酒屋です。
比較的女性客が多い、落ち着いた雰囲気の店内です。
本日いただきましたのはこちら。
●お通し
まずはお通しから。
里芋とそぼろ。
こちらと梅酒で始めました。
●秋のお刺身3点盛り
本日のお刺身は、かつお、サーモン、ボイル蛸。
生姜と山葵でいただきます。
かつおは脂が乗っています。
●人気もの エビマヨちゃん
人気なのも納得のプリップリの大きなエビのマヨがけ。
少しスパイシーなアクセントもあり、これはお酒が進みます。
●秋刀魚の姿造り
秋刀魚が皮目を少し炙ってたたきにしています。
こちらは生姜、山葵、そして秋刀魚の肝で楽しみます。
●まかないチャーハン
たまごたっぷりのパラパラチャーハン。
塩胡椒がいい具合でお酒が進みます。
色々な梅酒が楽しめますが、美味しかったのは、悪女の深情けのソーダ割り。
甘ったるくなく、すっきりとした味わい。
