さぁ火鍋食べるぞ‼️
気になっておりましたこちらのお店初来訪。
火鍋専門店というよりは台湾料理屋さん、ですね。
店内火鍋を注文しているのは6〜7組くらいいるお客さんのうちウチらを含め2組〜3組くらいだった感じ。
ドリンクも台湾ビールからワインなどの果実酒や紹興酒まで選択肢多め、本場台湾ならではの食材を使った小皿料理や屋台料理などなどメニューも豊富で心が揺れまくりますが、本日はなんと言っても火鍋という大物狙いであることを忘れるべからずです❗️
見るからにボリューム満点な大物オーラがハンパないので、失礼のないよう小皿は箸休め的な控えめ干し豆腐の冷菜にとどめておくことに。
正しい判断でした❗️
2人分〜のオーダーでしたが、
どどーんと具材てんこ盛り圧高めw、本日の主役のご登場、麻辣海鮮火鍋と炒茶火鍋の２色鍋のおなりです。
具材は予めスープそれぞれに合わせてインされており、煮込まないお肉だけ後乗せスタイルです。
炒茶の方は生卵のタレに潜らせて頂くすき焼き風、初めて頂きましたがなかなか新鮮な味覚でしたが美味しく頂きました。
とにかく腹パンww
次回は火鍋でなくとも小皿料理でいろんな本番台湾の味を堪能してみたいです。
