昼間から焼肉
美味しく頂きました。

メニューは【山形牛の炙りトロ重】
味は濃い目でした！
味付けの強いのは嫌いじゃないですがこのくらいの質の肉だったら、もう少し塩分控えめの方が好きです。
肉の美味しさが、影に隠れててトキドキ”顔を出す”感があったのが残念。
外の暑さを考慮してのデパート側の配慮だったのかな？
素材の良いのは僕でも（笑）分かりました。
山形県には米沢以外にも天童、西川、飯豊、東根などの有名な和牛があるそうですが、今度どこかで食べる機会があったらブランド名を確認してみたいと思います。
せっかく食べログはじめたのだから”少しは役に立つ”記事も書いてみたいです。
（余談ですが、食べログ初投稿から一ヶ月経ちました ＾＾v）
以前、同じ東北の秋田白神山地近くで食べたサフォーク牛が美味しかったのを思い出しての完食です。笑
味を考えたら、ランチにしては価格は高めの印象です。
