はじめて山形牛を食べました！
最高でした！！
【料理】
コースで冬季限定 雪コースを予約。
前菜はナムル、ちぢみ、サラダ、キムチ、おそらく牛肉の刺身。
普段、最初から肉を食らう私として前菜は慣れず、
いらなかった気もします。
それぞれの味は・・・普通でした。キムチが一番美味しかった気がします。
メインの焼肉は色々な種類（聞いたことのない部位もありました）の
肉が大皿に2枚ずつ盛られてきました。
すべての肉が霜降り！！！
山形牛恐るべしです。
そして、すべてのお肉が口に入れるととろけ、それでいて味もしっかり！
タレと塩（だと思います）と辛味噌（？）を使い分けて食べましたが、
濃厚な味わいの山形牛には塩が一番あってました。
そして、あまりの美味しさにコースということを忘れ、
山形牛一頭六種盛りをすぐに追加注文！！
コースの盛り合わせと種類が異なりましたが
これまたすべて霜降り。。
美味しかったのですが、コースの盛り合わせの方が
種類が豊富でおススメです。
続いて海鮮焼きはエビ、ホタテ、タラバガニ。
すべて生でも食べれるであろう新鮮さでした。
さっと焼いてこれまた塩で食べると肉を大量に食べたこともあり、
さっぱりといただけました。
さらに牛トロにぎり三種類が出てきましたが、
この時点で追加注文した六種盛りが効いてきまして・・
味わう余裕がなくなってきました（苦笑
それぞれわさびとタレがついて、とても肉とは思えなかったです！
デザートの杏仁豆腐とお茶をいただいたころには
満腹で眠気を催してしまいました。。
【部屋・雰囲気】
個室に入らせていただきました。
入店直後は静かに料理とお酒、そして会話をするにも
とてもよかったのです。
しかしながら部屋の上のほうは隣の部屋との壁がなく
隣の部屋に入ったグループの騒がしさがとても気になりました。
それさえなければ、デートでいくお店におススメしたいところです。
