山形牛あぶりにぎり！
西武でお土産用のスイーツを買わねばならず、ランチを上のレストランですることにした。
高そうでノーマークだった牛兵衛のメニューを見てみると、
盛岡冷麺は1000円、ビビンパは850円（いずれも税別）で食べられるらしい。
なんとなく入店。
おお、対応が、高級料理店ぽい丁寧さ…。
というわけで、小心者のワタクシ、ビビンパだけ食べるお店でもないのかな、と山形牛あぶりにぎりも1貫注文。
予算オーバーで、炭水化物過多なメニューだけど、ま、いいかな？
お水が出されているが、お茶もいかがですかと聞かれたのでいただく。
お料理到着。よかった、ビビンパはさほど大盛りでなさそう。
では山形ビーフから。お店の人に聞くと、味がついているのでお醤油なしでとのこと。山葵とともにいただきます。
・・・ヤバイ！ヤバイから！
高級牛肉と縁のないワタクシ、このような美味しすぎる和牛をいただくのは、一生にあと何回あるでせう？
やわらかい～、とろける～、至福～。平日ランチタイムに、至高の山形牛。
ヤバイ！ヤバウマイ！
ビビンパは、具材の歯ごたえがよい、普通においしいビビンパだった。お好みでコチュジャンをどうぞ。
いや～、次回給料日は牛兵衛の山形牛ビビンバ肉重ランチに決定！

久しぶりの再訪レビュー。
給料日、ワクワクの山形牛ランチにやって来た。
牛兵衛ではお金を出せば焼肉ランチもあるが、ビンボー人にはお重がいいとこ。
税込1707円。
なんか接客が以前よりファミレスチックになった気がするけど、
前の時が丁寧すぎたのかもしれない。
この日は同僚もリッチなメニュー。
月イチの許される行為なので、お互い気兼ねなくいただきませう、
では、お重オープン！
おお、山形ビーフが並んで鎮座している。
楽しみー、いただきます。
・・・ウマイ！やわらかい！
和牛とは、どうしてこうも旨いのか～。
ほかの国の牛ではこのふうわりとろける感じはどうしても出ない。
世界に誇れる和牛、素晴らしい。
2,000円以下で和牛を堪能できたとすると、逆にお安いかもしれない。
前回の訪問から期待していたとおりのおいしさだった！
