牛兵衛 草庵 西武渋谷店さん
渋谷の西武デパート8階のレストランフロアに入っているお店です。
そこまで高くはないですが質の高いお肉が食べられます。
まずはナムルから。これは至って普通
次のタン塩が、まず見た目が美しい。結構厚みもあり、お酒を飲みながら食べたかったなと思って肉を焼いていましたが、車で行った＆その後仕事だったので我慢しました。
肉寿司も柔らかく美味しかったです。
その後の盛り合わせは本当にどれも美味しく、追加でライスを注文してしまいました。
当日は、肩・ランプ・内もも・ウデ・リブシン・ウワバラと、正直どこの部位かはあまり分からないまま食べましたが、いつも焼肉に行っても頼まないような部位で、面白かったです。
王道のお肉が出てくるよりは嬉しかったです。
最後は冷麺を注文。あっさりして美味しかったです。
