一口で柔らかくて上質な鶏肉で味がしっかりしみていて仕込みが丁寧なのを感じる唐揚げと
ムネ肉の脂身のないさっぱりした部位を使った南蛮にこってりのタルタルソースがとてもマッチする
甘めの白味噌のお椀もので口の中の油感をスッキリさせ
香の物、小鉢で箸休め
白米に唐揚げバウンド食べで米にも少し唐揚げの味付け
サラダがフレッシュでドレッシングがとても美味しい
バランスがとっても良くて、量と味もランチに申し分ない
