お店は、明治通り、宮益坂にある「座-KURA-」。
某会合の前にお店の前を通り、看板を見て気になったので、入ってみました。
「KURA」＝「座」。｢人と人が向かい合って団らんする」という意味を持つ漢字の「座」が由来。1998年、中目黒に第1店舗目のお店をつくったそうです。ほかに五反田店、祐天寺店、戸越店、四日市店の6店舗。
ランチの後でしたのでデザートを、と見るとあるわあるわ、食べてみたいものたくさんでたまらん。
私は、リゾットメニューから・海の幸のリゾット、さらにトマトソースかホワイトソースからホワイトソースを選びます。サフランライスを使用した贅沢なリゾットとのことです。で、これをドリンクセットに。
【メイン】
「海の幸のリゾット」
見える具材はベビー帆立、えび、イカ、あさり、ほぐしたサーモン、シーフードらしい良い香り、塩気と食感がもたらすうま味アクセント。この下にあるリゾットは一度サフランライスとして仕上げられ、ホワイトクリームソースと合わせたもの。味わいは、魚介のダシがしっかり効いています。お米自体はアルデンテではなくお粥になる前位の柔らかめ。二度炊かれることでどうしても柔らかくなるのかも。ソースと言うよりスープリゾットかな。でも違和感なく美味しくいただきました。

『赤葡萄のジュース』
ぶどう濃厚だけど甘みはナチュラル。ポリフェノールがあると期待するけど。
渋谷のなかでもわんわん混みあっているお店でした。豊富なメニューを用意していること、サイドメニューもドリンクから、パン付き、サラダ付き、と自分の希望に合わせて選べる許容の広さもいいですね。お料理が出てくるのもタイミングがいいので普段にとても使い勝手が良いお店だと思われました。
