平日のみ営業の為狙って行くべき名店
渋谷駅からは10分以上歩くので出来れば神泉駅から来たい。
12時で5名待ちも回転早く15分ほどで入店
トリュフ醤油ラーメンと迷うも、皆食べている担々麺にて注文

担々麺2辛>汁なし担々麺2辛
辛すぎて痺れすぎて食べれないということはなく、じわりと汗をかく感じ
麺は汁なしと汁ありで異なるが汁ありの方がスープの美味しさも加わり美味しく感じる。
もちろん汁なしも高いレベルに間違いなし。
お腹が許すのであればトリュフチャーシュー飯もおすすめ。チャーシューの柔らかさとトリュフの香りが絶妙でまた食べたい一品。
ラーメンは沢山の種類があるので次回はトリュフ醤油など担々麺以外で試してみたい。
