この間、観劇からお花見の流れでこちらのお店にお邪魔して、江戸前鮨のおまかせコースを
期間限定カフェの菓子5109さんでいただいた助六プレートの和デリと助六寿司が最高に美味しかったから期待大
お酒を飲めないから、ノンアルメニューに美味しいお茶とサイダーなんかが充実してるのは嬉しい限り
塩サイダーで乾杯の後は、怒涛のおつまみからスタート
桜とえんどう豆の茶碗蒸し、ヒラメ、ボタンエビ、白魚の桜餅、山菜のコロッケ 鯛の塩辛、桜鱒と筍、あん肝の低温煮、白子…お酒好きな方にはたまらんやろなぁ…という充実ぶり
お刺身がプリプリで美味しいのはもちろんですが、ほろり苦味がいい感じの山菜のコロッケがお気に入り！和デリの鱧のコロッケも美味しかったしね
あと、白魚の桜餅の香りと食感、あん肝のボリュームも素敵すぎ
ここで登場するガリが、甘酢系でないから口の中がさっぱり！これもお店の拘りでしょうか？
また、そこからの握りの流れがまた素晴らしくって、すみイカ、さより、あじ、漬けマグロ、中トロ、マグロ、コハダ、赤貝、車海老、むらさき雲丹、馬糞雲丹手巻、穴子、玉子…(合ってる？)
お鮨について語る舌と知識を持ち合わせていませんが、江戸前の保守本流を感じられるお鮨たち
空振りを取る大きな変化球じゃなく、真っ直ぐストレートを基本に、手元で動くボールを組合わせたコンビネーションで見事に打ち取られちゃいました
シックな雰囲気と丁寧な接客で落ち着けるし、寡黙なご主人の技と拘り、ちょっとした会話にも奥深さが感じられる良店です
