奥渋の鮨五徳にて、かみさんからバースデーお鮨のプレゼント。
カウンター中央の特等席。
寡黙な大将上野氏が握る至極の江戸前寿司を、わくわくしながら眺めるという。
こんな嬉しい誕生日プレゼントをしてくれた妻に感謝。
まずは、
トマトと海老の茶碗蒸し。
宮城のマコガレイのお刺身。
富山の白えびと北海道は噴火湾の毛ガニ。
ペアリングで日本酒を5杯3000円と良心的なお値段も嬉しい。
秋田は山本ドキドキ。爽やかなリンゴ酸の酵母で仕上げられた秋田ならではの日本酒。
佐賀県メヒカリの粕漬けと水茄子の漬物。
合わせた日本酒は生元純米遊穂。
カツオカツと万願寺とうがらし。
お寿司屋さんで食べるカツってなんて旨いんだろう。これ絶品でした。
続いての日本酒は愛知県は山廃純米の菊鷹。
山廃の割に香りは優しく非常に飲みやすい、料理を邪魔しない味わい。
ふぐの白子焼きとご飯。
白子を半分食べたあとこの一口大のご飯と一緒にかき混ぜていただきますが、ふぐのいい香りと旨味がお口の中で炸裂。
うんまぁ！
ここから握りで、
イカ
柚子と紫蘇の香りのハーモニーに撃沈。
今度の日本酒はみむろ杉ディオアビータ。
寿司の旨味を引き立てる好みのお酒です。
五島列島のシマアジ
鰯は生姜とネギを練りこんだ物を上に乗せて。
鮪の漬け
中とろ
大とろ
コハダ
大分の赤貝
銚子の金目の昆布締め
愛知三河の車海老
北海道は江差の紫うに
利尻礼文小川のバフン雲丹
江戸前羽田沖で取れる穴子
最後は大きなあさりのお味噌汁で終了。
ウニも二種類、こんな美味しいお鮨を食べられてかみさんに感謝です(^^)
