渋谷でまたひとつ、美味しいお鮨屋さんに出会ってしまった。
予約していただいたのは、「鮨五徳」。
渋谷駅からは10分ほど歩くでしょうか。
静かな裏通りに、こちらの暖簾を見つけます。
この日は9名でカウンターを貸し切り。
おまかせコースは13,000円〜。
最初に登場したのは、茶わん蒸し。
お酒はもちろん、日本酒をいただきます。
まずは、ヒラメのお刺身からスタート。
弾力があって、美味しいです。
続いて、ねっとり食感のボタン海老。
濃厚な旨味がぎゅっと凝縮されています。これは日本酒にぴったり！
そして、鰤しゃぶ。
おろしでさっぱりといただきます。脂が乗っていて美味しい。
お料理に合う日本酒を色々と出していただきますよ。
鮑の酒蒸し、松茸のコロッケ。
サクサク衣のコロッケ、松茸の風味がいいですね。
太刀魚の酒蒸し。
フグの白子のバター醤油焼き。これがめちゃくちゃ美味しかった…！
ぷちっと弾ける白子、一口サイズのごはんと一緒に味わいます。
一通りおつまみをいただいた後は、握りの登場です。
最初は、墨烏賊から。
そして、鰹。
大好きな鯵。
脂が乗っていて旨味たっぷり。美味しい。
いくらは小丼でいただきます。
ぷちっと弾ける食感がたまりませんね。
美しすぎる、鮪の赤身。
鮪中トロに、
鮪大トロまでいただく、フルコース。
シャリの大きさも硬さも、赤酢の旨味も好みです。
小肌、
ぷりぷりの歯ごたえがおいしい、車海老。
雲丹は2種類味わえますよ。
手巻き雲丹は香ばしい海苔でパリッといただきます！
ふんわりなめらかな、穴子。
そして、最後は玉子と
赤出汁でほっこり。
おつまみも握りも仕事がとても丁寧で、本当に美味しかった…。
たっぷり飲んでもリーズナブルでしたね。
