友人との飲みでこちらへ。
寒い日だったので鍋にしようということで、通りすがりで訪問。
格之進と関係のあるお店かと思いきや、そうではないようだ。
鍋が12種類もあり迷うこと必至。
いただいたのは、国産牛モツと豚トロのとんちゃん鍋 ～甘辛味噌だれ～。
追加出汁と〆がついた鍋奉行セットプランで。
ぷるぷるの牛モツと柔らかい豚トロがたまらない。
ニンニクたっぷり、濃厚な味噌のスープがとまらなくなる美味しさで絶品。
野菜もたっぷり、くたくたになってスープと絡むともうやみつき。
〆はラーメン。
すぐに柔らかくなってしまうので、麺が温まったら早めに食べるのが良さそう。
追加で餃子とトッポギをいただき、中でもトッポギが柔らかく味が染みて良かった。
サイドメニューはほど良い塩気とさっぱり感が良い白菜と塩昆布のごま和えと、さつま揚げを頼んだはずが提供された厚揚げをいただいた。
厚揚げはちょっと薄くて少なくて想像と違ったが、鍋に入れても美味しかった。
飲み物はハイボールは薄く、日本酒は最低限のものが揃っているかなという感じ。
もう少しこだわりがあると嬉しいが、焼酎を頼んだ方が良かったのかな。
鍋のバリエーションがとても豊富で、きっとどんな気分でも食べたい鍋が見つかるはず。
とりあえず鍋が食べたい寒い日に重宝しそうなお店だった。
