カルボナーラおじたんなのに、新年1発目のカルボナーラはリゾットになってしまった。
しかしここ美味すぎてまた来たかったので、いいんだよこーゆーので！！
今日はオレンジジュース、カルボナーラ、食後にチーズケーキを注文。ちなみにワインとビールも頼めるのだよ。
まずはサラダとドリンク。
サラダの方にはつけあわせでマカロニサラダとポテトサラダもついている。
ドレッシングは少し酸味のあるもの。
ポテトサラダ、味は好みだけど人参の食感が個人的に苦手。マカロニサラダはよくマヨが絡んでいて美味しい。
オレンジジュースの量は多い。コスパ。
念願のカルボナーラが来る。
ちっさって思うのだけれど、前回もこう思って後で後悔した。
最初はアツアツ、そしてアルデンテ具合が最高。
チーズはパルメザンを使っている。
カルボナーラ好きな癖して胡椒が苦手なため、胡椒を抜いて欲しいと頼むつもりだったのだが、言うのを忘れてしまった。しかし粗いタイプではなかったため、つらくはなかった。
ベーコンの量は多い。コスパ。
チーズと胡椒と卵とベーコン、全て食べ切るとただのクリームリゾットなのだけど、この味がたまらないのだよ。
食べ終わった後にチーズケーキが来る。
下のクッキー生地は甘くない。ちと悲しい。
ココナッツサブレを連想させる。
チーズケーキの味に特出した点はなく、甘さ控えめのためリピはなし。
しかしホイップクリームはなめらかで美味い。
全体的に、ボリュームありでコスパのよいお店。
