渋谷にあるセルリアンタワー東急ホテルの１階にある
ペストリーショップです。
場所はガーデンキッチン「かるめら」に隣接しています。
こちらではトラディション（２００円）と
パンコンプレ（１９０円）とゲランの塩パン（１９０円）を
購入しました。
トラディションは
やや小さめのバゲットな感じです。
ほんのりと香ばしい風味で
全体的にはやや柔らかめで
中もモッチリしています。
味はシンプルで
料理にとても合いそうです。
パンコンプレは
こちらは香ばしく、食べると
バターの風味が効いています。
小さめサイズなので
あっという間に無くなりました。
特別な製法の全粒粉を使用し、
有塩バターを効かせたパンらしいです。
ゲランの塩パンは
表面にやや塩がまぶしてあり
中身は柔らかめのクロワッサン的な感じでした。
ほんのりとしたバター風味です。
表面の塩味とのコントラストがいい感じでした。
HPを見ると
たっぷりとバターを練り込んだデニッシュ生地に
ブルターニュ産の高級塩”ゲランの塩”の
インパクトが楽しめる人気の商品みたいです。
