I went to Shibuya to see a movie, so I dropped by Hikari-sho, which I'd been curious about. (You read it like this, Hikari-Hishio!) There was a sign for unlimited refills, and it said refills were free. It's a very welcome service in these times. I ordered "Shoyu Ramen" (900 yen) from the ticket machine. The friendly waiter asked me to choose the firmness of the noodles when I handed my ticket to him. I chose firm at first, and after a short wait the bowl arrived. The soup was a little thick with a salt-based flavor. It went well with the noodles and was delicious! I then ordered a refill. I chose harigane for my refill. Personally, the firmness of harigane suited me and was delicious. However, there was no seasoning, so it was a bit difficult to mix the soup with the noodles, which was disappointing. The soup was thick, so I used up a lot of the soup after one refill. It might be gone after about two... Either way, it was a great value for money and Ramen was delicious, so I'd like to visit again! Next time I'll go with an empty stomach so I can eat more! lol
