"0 minutes walk from Shibuya Station, Exit 5" Tonkotsu specialty restaurant.
This restaurant is well-known for its thick, viscous pork bone Ramen that is not smelly and delicious. The soup is a little thick, but it's easy to eat and you'll keep eating it. Because it doesn't ha |
。 13 and a half years since my last visit. I had a bad experience last time, so I'd always skipped it. Recently it's been busy with a lot of inbound tourists, but it happened to be empty so I went in for the first time in a while. "Ramen Shibuhide" Previously, you ordered verbally and then paid, but now it's a meal ticket system. I went to the counter seats on the first floor. There was little space between the seats on either side so it was a bit cramped... It seems there are table seats on the second floor. I waited while reading the information in front of me. ■ Original Tokyo Tonkotsu Tsukemen 900 yen *Large portion of noodles (300g) - free When you hand over your meal ticket, they will check the amount of noodles. They will check whether free rice is available, but not this time. A mountain of thin, flat noodles with low water content. They seem to be boiled a little too hard. There are brown spots in the noodles, which may be because they use whole wheat flour. It's crispy and chewy, and very tasty!! In places the noodles were stuck together like lumps... Two crispy sheets of nori seaweed. Half a seasoned egg with a set yolk, a large green onion. Thin, crunchy bamboo shoots. Chopped fatty pork slices. There was no soup spoon, so I asked for one. Emulsified pork bone dipping soup. I wonder if the thing that sunk to the bottom is just the soup base? The top layer has a mellow taste, but when mixed it does have a slight sour taste. I grabbed a lot of noodles and dipped them into the soup. When there was only a little left, I added the mustard takana that was included in the table set. It was quite tasty. *Click here for the blog article. ↓ ↓ https://ameblo.jp/kuishinbou33/entry-12848704468.html
