九州とんこつラーメンっぽいけど
東京とんこつラーメンなんだって。
何かが違うんだろうけど
何が違うかわからない。
俺のイメージでは東京とんこつといえば
家系だからな。
いや、あれは横浜系か。
それはさておき、
食券買ったら二郎系のように
好みを伝えるスタイル。
初めてでキョドッてたら店員さんに
キレ気味に上の掲示を見て
好みを言えと。
完全に豚骨ラーメンだが、まあ美味い。
硬めの細麺（硬さは選べる）は
とんこつに合うよな、やっぱ。
麺にまとわりつくようなネットリしたスープ。
下手なとんこつラーメン屋の臭さがまったくなく、
かなりハイレベルに仕上げてると見た。
替え玉は改めて券売機で。
カウンターから現金は非対応。
元々の量がそれなりなので
無理に頼まなくてもいいけど
美味しいスープがもったいないから
頼んだよ。
隣の兄ちゃんが食ってたつけ麺美味そう。
