先に嫌いな物などを聞いてくれる。
最初に鶏胸肉。とてもジューシーで外はカリッとしており、全くパサつきがないしっとりとした味。
膝肉は、もも肉よりも柔らかく、脂が乗っているように感じた。
ハツは弾力があり、口に入れると肉汁が溢れ出した。
締めの一口鶏そぼろは卵が濃厚で美味しかった。
お酒も様々。
赤ワイングラスを頼んだら、オレンジワインが出てきてびっくり。たださっぱりしていて飲み易かった。
ジントニックは、甘さはなく、スパイシーな感じで食事と合う。
お酒も焼き鳥もどれも美味しかった。
