久しぶりに渋谷に来たので、渋谷マークシティ４Fの
M.O.F（フランス国家最優秀職人章）受賞シェフ
「ジャン・フランソワルメルシエ氏」の
技術と精神を受け継ぐベーカリー「ジャン・フランソワ」さん
に寄り道しました(^^)
百名店2020にもなっていますね（^^）
◆パン・ド・ミ1斤453円(税込)を購入
北海道産の最強力粉「ゆめちから」を使用!
余計なものは入れず小麦本来の甘さを最大限に
引き出したしっとりもっちり食感で人気の食パンです。
と説明されていましたが、そのまんまのパン・ド・ミ
表参道にもあるのですが、そこで初めて購入した時から
すっかりはまってしまいました。
そのままでも、美味しいですが、焼くと一段と
風味が出て美味しいです♪
