代官山の住宅街にひっそりと位置する、一軒家。
2階に案内されました。広々としており、天井が吹き抜けで北欧チックでおしゃれで開放感があります。
19持に当日予約して行ったのですが、同じ時間帯で他にもお客さんがゾロゾロはいっていました。
見るからに家族が多い。
お通しで盛り合わせが出されるのですがとても量も多く、美味しくてお得感があります。

従業員が足りていないのか、ドリンクも料理も提供がかなり遅い。
ファーストオーダーのドリンク（レモンサワー）も到着に20分はかかりました。
自分で注げるようにワインもあらかじめ注文しましたがなかなか来ない。
タンも焼き上がるのに20分くらいかけたのですが、焼き上がったタイミングで次のお肉がくる。しかしワインは来ない・・・。
最新の無煙で式ロースターを導入しており、水冷却網を使用しています。初体験。
網の中に水蒸気に気化熱として排出され循環する仕組みで網交換の必要が無く、遠赤外線で低温調理。
だからこそお肉を焼くのに時間もかかるし、焼き上がる”音”が無い。
焼肉の醍醐味は音と香りと目で見て楽しむ、五感をフル活用するものだと思っているため
物足りなさを感じてしまいました。
お肉は松坂牛ヒレはもちろん柔らかく、脂身も多いですがあとは特段それなりに美味しい印象でした。
ホルモンはタレが甘辛くて食べやすかった。
コスパを考えるとうーーん。。。
