代官山にひっそりと佇む、煙や焦げのない焼肉屋「鉢山」。その名に恥じない、心地よい居心地と優雅な空間が魅力の一軒。私はその扉をくぐり、そこでの素晴らしい体験をした。
店内に足を踏み入れると、焼肉店のイメージとはかけ離れた、落ち着いた雰囲気が広がっていた。個室でゆったりと過ごすことができ、その中には無煙式ロースターや水冷却網が備えられているとのこと。これは素材の味を最大限に引き出すための工夫だろう。
私はお店のオススメを含んだコース料理を注文した。まずは自家製のナムルから始まり、その繊細な味わいに驚かされた。金美や黄ニラ、めかぶ、牛蒡など、様々な食材が絶妙に調和していた。
次に登場したのは韓国風冷やっこ。アボカドやトマトが入っており、辛さだけでなく旨味も楽しめた。そして黒毛和牛テールスープのコムタンスープ。ピリ辛のまろやかな味わいに心地よさを感じた。
続いては韓国風のぶり・水だこのお刺身や自家製キムチの盛り合わせ。どれも程よい辛さで、食欲をそそる味わいだった。
焼肉が登場すると、特選厚切りハラミやサーロインなど、素材の良さが際立った。焼肉用のテーブルは無煙式で、焼肉をしながらも煙や焦げの心配がないのは嬉しい驚きだった。特にタン塩は、そのジューシーさに感動した。
最後は豆乳冷麺やジェラートのデザートで締めくくられた。豆乳のまろやかなスープに冷たい麺がよく合い、デザートはどれも絶品だった。
鉢山は焼肉店としてだけでなく、素晴らしい料理と空間で心地よいひとときを過ごせる場所だと確信した。次回は焼肉だけでなく、さらに多彩な料理を楽しみたいと思う。
