以前から気になっていたお店で渋谷まで来た際に立ち寄りました。
場所は渋谷駅近くの西武渋谷店地下１階のいわゆるデパ地下にあります。
お店はデパ地下のスタンダードなベーカリーといった雰囲気です。
クロワッサンを購入。
クロワッサンは表面のサックリ感は少しだけ、中身はふんわりしっとりでほんのりバターが効いています。
一つ残念だったのは陳列の時点でクロワッサンがビニールに覆われているのでサクサク感が失われていました。
感染症対策なのはわかりますが、クロワッサン系などはビニールに入れると食感が失われてしまうので、包むなら紙袋にしてほしいです。
