渋谷までてくてく。
歩きながら気になるお店をどんどんBM。
世の中美味しそうなお店ばかり。
今の気分は小籠包。
渋谷だとスクランブルスクエアの鼎泰豊か渋谷西武の南翔饅頭店が王道ラインでしょうか。
渋谷西武行くこと少ないから南翔饅頭店へ。
西武8階のレストラン街にいったらお店がなく調べてみたら地下のカジュアルレストラン街にお店がありました。
待たずに入れたけどお昼過ぎでも混雑してる店内。
小籠包4つ入りと初めて注文したかに味噌入りの春巻き。
カジュアルだからなのか温かいジャスミン茶じゃなくてお水が提供されます。
もしかしたら鼎泰豊や京鼎樓と記憶混ざってるかも。
小籠包は生姜2皿がデフォ。
まずは何もつけずそのまま。
熱耐性ある喉なので一口でぱくり。
皮が少し厚め。
肉の餡とスープのバランスがいい。
味付けはしっかりしてるけど脂っぽくなくて美味しいスープとぷりんとした餡。
スープの量はぷしゃっくらい。
最高ランクの肉汁ぶっしゃーのお店はなかなか出会えない
春巻きは三角形。
齧り付くのもなーって思ってお箸で割ってみたけど余計に汚くなったからばくっと齧り付きました。
蟹蟹してないからくせがなくて食べやすい。
でも普通の春巻きよりちゃんと濃厚。
結構好き。
行ったタイミングなのか旅行者の方が大半で私も旅行してる人の気分になれた。
