14時ごろに遅めの昼食をとのことで入店。
店内にお客さんはいましたが、待つことなく入れました。
カニのチャーハンのランチセットと季節の小籠包を注文。
注文後、ランチセットのスープと小皿、小籠包用の生姜がすぐにきました。スープを飲んでいると、すぐにチャーハンも到着。提供までの時間は早いです。
チャーハンの量もさほど多くはなく、食べやすい量。
パラパラなチャーハンにしっかりと蟹肉が入っていました。
小籠包も出来立てが到着。
小籠包を割ると豚肉のスープがたっぷり出てきます。豚の風味はかなり強めです。
季節の小籠包はニンニク、ゴーヤ、ニラでした。ニンニクがかなり強め、ゴーヤの風味も感じられ美味しかったです。ニラは他の二つと比べると普通な感じ。
