今、間違いなくアツいエリアの一つ神泉。
また、なかなか良いお店に巡りあいました。

ふわふわ焼き
が、お目当て。
卵白とすった山芋とまぜたものにネギを挟みこんで焼いたもの。
ふわふわ＆ちょっぴり山芋のねばり気がある感じは美味しかったです。
その他のメニューも面白く、男のメニューと女のメニューに分かれています。
内容はみればなるほど、各々が好きそうな、という感じ。
僕らの注文は、

・有機野菜と鶏味噌
・海老のカダイフ包み揚げ
・ふわふわ焼き
どれも創作居酒屋系としてはまずまず。
