平日の夜に訪問しました。
19時半の店内にはまだお客さんがいませんでした。
空いているテーブル席に案内されます。
火鍋と料理食べ放題のコースと
ビール以外飲み放題のコースを注文します。
早速火鍋の鍋を持って来てくれます。
スープは白湯と麻辣です。クコの実や棗、
山椒などがそれぞれ入っており本格的です。
ビール無しの飲み放題ですが、最初の一杯に
ビール一本つけてくれます。
紹興酒が飲み放題に入っているのはうれしいです。
デフォルトで牛、豚、鶏と白身魚に蝦の皿と
野菜、キノコ、春雨が載った皿が出てきます。
追加はこれらを食べた後という事です。
まずはスープを一口、白湯は程よく
塩気がありおいしいです。麻辣は
山椒の実を食べると麻が強く、声がおかしくなりました。
2時間お腹いっぱい食べられてなかなか満足です。
