渋谷駅から徒歩３分、プラザ通り沿いに構える寿司屋さん。
１階はカウンター、地下にテーブル席もあり使い勝手よし。
にぎり１人前1,600円～。初見でも気楽に食べられる雰囲気。

雨降りの日に渋谷の役所へと出かけた帰り道、
バスに乗る前に夕飯でも食べとこうと立ち寄りました。
１階はＬ字の白木カウンターに10席ほど。
ケースの中には海老が複数種類うまそうに並んでます。
ビールを頼んでから早々に握りをお願いすることに。
・和泉ずし 2,500円
海胆やイクラの軍艦を含む７貫に、ねぎとろ裏巻き、
焼き印入りの玉のツマミとお椀が付いて１人前。
シャリは強めの握り加減ですかね。
いくぶん酸味が優勢ながらまろやかな酢の合わせ。
みる貝ヒモ、白身はしっかりめの弾力が映えてます。
裏巻きはネギトロ、山芋、かいわれと彩り良い構成。
さっぱりした後口が良いですね。
追加でアナゴ。お好みは１貫から注文できますよ。
軽く炙ってほかほか、上手に蒸されてとろとろ。
ツマミはとらず、最初のビールのみで4,500円ほど。
立地ともども使いやすいお店かと思います。
