渋谷だけで何店舗かあるお寿司屋さん。
和泉鮨南口店
この南口店は周りに女性が同席していただける店が多いので、
元々はその前後での同伴がターゲットの店だと推測していました。
それがランチスタート。
なんらかの影響があったんでしょうけど・・お陰様で初入店できました。
ランチにぎり 1300円
お寿司というのは近年ドンドン両極端化していますね。
めっちゃ高級かめっちゃ安いのばかりがもてはやされている気がします。
それだけにコンナ街に密接して中間層をターゲットにした店が元気だとうれしくなります。
中とろのクオリティ、鯵の厚み、
しっかりプライドを持って営業しているように思えます。
これで1300円。
有名回転すしチェーンよりケタ違いに安いと思います。
大盛にするとプラス500円でプラス3貫・・・
これは攻めるべきだった・・
お会計の時はそう思ったんですが・・
はなまるの天カスのクオリティが思いのほか良くって、これはこれでヨカッタと思いました。
