熊本バル
熊本郷土料理や熊本の食材をバル形式で食べさせる店なんだろうか。
かなり気になるキャッチフレーズだ。
カウンターだけかと思いきや立派なテーブル席もあったのでそちらへ。
店内は思ったより広くてシャレオツだ。
ひともじぐるぐる 480円
ワケギを巻いて酢味噌で食べるだけなんだが、なかなかどうして旨い。
馬刺し三点盛り 1200円
ヒレ
馬刺しの赤身は鉄板だ。噛むごとに旨味が増してくる。ここのは新鮮で力強かった。
たてがみ
正直本場で喰ったものより癖が無く食べやすかった。そのぶん面白みは無いがコレを嫌う人はいないだろう。
フタエゴ
バラ肉だ。これが一番旨かったと思う。馬刺しに関しては赤身好きだと思ってたがこんなけフレッシュだと両方喰いたいもんだ。
しかし、食っている最中に疑問が浮かぶ
確かに旨い熊本料理だが・・・
全然バルっぽくない。ワインとか置いてあるからバル！みたいなノリだけでのネーミングだったのか・・・
ちくわサラダ天 550円
ちくわにポテトサラダを入れて揚げてある。揚げ方が上手い。
サクとろ豚足 630円
食べる部分が少なすぎるので割高に感じるが確かにサクトロで旨い。
太平燕（タイピーエン） 880円
これ・・・〆に最高じゃないッスカ！
ってことで喰ってきましたが・・・この店の印象ですが・・・
・確かに旨い
・少々お高い
・まったくバルっぽくない
でも熊本料理に限らず郷土料理の店って敷居が高い気がするけど、こんな気楽に入って食べれる店として貴重かと思います。最近、神泉がこういう店で熱くなってるのがうれしい限り。

こんな居酒屋さんもランチやってますシリーズです。
こちらは開店当初に夜呑みに行ったところですが、ランチはじめてです。
熊本バル うせがたん
神泉にある、うせがたん。
神の泉にある秘密の場所という意味になりますからゾクゾクしますね。
馬肉のユッケ丼（大盛り無料） 1000円
硬い脂身部分が噛めば噛むほど味があり系です。
しかしコチラのお店、男性サラリーマンに人気なんですね～
しょうが焼きや唐揚げなどガッツリ系が多い系だからでしょうか。
おひとりで作っているようですが手際もいいし雑さも見られず人気の理由もわかります。
個人的にはコンナ丼でもしっかりした有田焼を使ってくれているのが満足度を高めてくれました。
