奥渋（奥渋谷）といえば、NHKや代々木公園にもほど近い、
渋谷区神山町の界隈。
裏渋（裏渋谷）といえば、渋谷駅からも余裕で歩いて行ける、
渋谷区神泉の界隈。
どちらかといえば、メディアに登場する機会が多いのは、奥渋でしょうか。
それでも、裏渋も負けじとばかりに頑張っています。
もしろ飲食店の数では、奥渋に勝ってるかな～^^
『熊本バルうせがたん』は、
半地下のような1階にある、お蕎麦屋さんの上にあります。
階段を上った先の2階の扉を開けてみると、
熊本料理を出すバルがありました。
それにしても、うせがたん？！
秘密の場所って意味ですか～？（ネットの情報ですので、詳しくはお店の方に聞いてください）
お昼の開店直後で先客さんは1組でしたが、
カウンター席に案内されると、、、
メニュー右側の、天草梅肉ポークを使ったメニューにも惹かれますが、
左側の2行が気になって仕方がない。
これね。
馬肉のユッケ丼（1,000円）
阿蘇赤うし丼（1,000円）
阿蘇赤うしのタタキを使う丼ぶりも美味しそうですが、
それよりも、、、
「馬肉ユッケ丼」（1,000円）
お味噌汁と小鉢一皿が付きます。
安心安全だという馬肉のユッケ丼は、、うまか～（方言あってます？）
卵黄に和えて食べますが、
臭みもないですし、思ったよりもさっぱりといただけました^^
馬肉自体、自分の中ではなかなか出会わない食材なのですが、
牛や豚、鶏肉などと同じく、
「いのちを頂いている」ことに感謝ですね。
猛暑日が続く8月半ばのお昼に出会った一品で、
へたりそうになる自分に活を入れるお昼ごはんでした
ごちそうさまでした～
